How to send your inclusion:
Please send a couple of cms of clean and dry hair, secured with some cotton to keep it neatly together. Please carefully seal within a paper envelope. Please do not send the last you have of any inclusion in case of postal losses or errors. We will of course return any unused hair to you with your finished jewellery.
Lead time is approximately 8-12 weeks
Looking After Your Jewellery
Please place your order knowing that each and every piece is handmade by Lou. All of our jewellery has a handmade quirky charm and is made with the utmost love and respect for your inclusions. Your piece will not look factory perfect and we think think that this very much adds to the charm and uniqueness of your jewellery.
Sterling silver and resin are robust materials and should last a long time. You will of course need to look after your jewellery and treat it with the utmost care. We would strongly recommend removing your jewellery before showering, swimming, using lotions, perfumes etc. Resin in particular should not be exposed to direct sunlight for prolonged periods as this can damage and discolour your jewel and please order knowing that all resin can discolour over time. We would advise storing your jewellery within a box whilst you are not wearing it.
Returns and Refunds
All of our jewellery is uniquely handmade to order using our customers’ inclusions. As such we will only accept returns or exchanges for silver settings (such as necklaces) within 30 days. Any jewellery you wish to be considered for refund must be returned to us within its original packaging.
Jewellery MUST be looked after according to our care instructions. We retain the right to refuse to refund or exchange items which have been damaged as a result of incorrect care. Please contact us via email@example.com within 6mths of purchase to discuss. Postage costs are to be covered by the customer. We would strongly advise you to use a tracked service.
Changes to orders
Please be aware that we will often begin making your silver settings in advance of receiving inclusions and we therefore may not be able to make amendments once your order has been placed. Please check your order carefully and contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you need any help.
